Kelly Ann, APRN, FNP-C

Kelly Bailey, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than three decades of experience in nursing and healthcare. I was born in California and raised in New York, where I attended The Master’s School, a college-preparatory boarding school in Dobbs Ferry. I have been a nurse since 1989 and have had the privilege of caring for patients across many areas of. medicine, including physician offices, medical-surgical units, intensive care and cardiovascular ICU, as well as home health case management and healthcare administration.
These experiences shaped not only my clinical expertise, but also my belief that healthcare should be accessible, compassionate, and centered on the individual—not judgmental, labels, or assumptions. I believe everyone deserves high-quality care, respect, and dignity, regardless of where they are in life or what they are going through. My goal is to meet patients where they are, listen carefully to their concerns, and work together to create a plan that is realistic, supportive, and tailored to their needs.
I am deeply committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care in an environment where people feel welcomed, heard, and safe. I strive to create a true “no-judgment zone,” where questions are encouraged, conversations are honest, and patients feel supported through both challenges and successes. I view healthcare as a partnership and believe that lasting health comes from trust, education, and shared decision-making.
Outside of my clinical work, I am married and value time spent outdoors and with family. I enjoy RV travel, hiking, fishing, and exploring new towns and communities. These experiences help keep me grounded and reinforce the importance of balance, wellness, and connection—values I bring into my practice every day.
At Embrace Health & Wellness, my goal is simple: to provide care that is compassionate, inclusive, and focused on long-term health, so every patient feels supported, respected, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
